摘要:

公共服务价值共创是公共服务管理领域的热点议题。论文从文献发表趋势、重要期刊、文献共被引分析、理论基础与研究方法等方面呈现公共服务价值共创研究概况;系统归纳并论述了公共服务价值共创的研究主题:概念内涵与研究情境、驱动因素、阻碍因素及影响结果;在对比分析国内外研究进展并提炼出公共服务价值共创内容框架的基础上,提出中国场景下开展更高质量的公共服务价值共创研究展望:厘清公共服务价值共创概念内涵并丰富研究情境,拓展公共服务价值共创理论基础并重视服务生态系统视角,丰富公共服务价值共创研究方法并开发测量工具,深入揭示公共服务价值共创影响因素与结果,以及探究公共服务价值共创与共毁的整合研究。

Abstract:

Public service value co-creation has become a fledgling research field. The paper begins by presenting an overview of public service value co-creation research in terms of publication trends, key journals, co-citation analysis of the literature, and theoretical basis and research methods.Secondly, the research themes of public service value co-creation are systematically discussed:concepts and contexts, drivers, barriers, and benefits. Again, the progress of domestic and international research is compared and analyzed, and the content framework of public service value co-creation is extracted. Finally, the authors want to encourage more studies on public service value co-creation in China.
